These Terms of Service govern access to venssora.com and all purchases made through the website.
Venssora is operated by:
Genturs LLC
7900 E Union Ave #1201
Denver, CO 80237
United States
Email: Support@venssora.com
In these Terms:
- “Venssora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Genturs LLC and the services available through venssora.com.
- “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to a visitor, account holder, purchaser, or user of the website.
- “Digital Product” means a game key, CDK, digital code, voucher, direct top-up, virtual currency, membership, downloadable item, digital entitlement, or related electronically delivered product.
- “Third-Party Platform” means a game publisher, developer, console network, digital store, payment provider, or other independent platform involved in using or delivering a Digital Product.
By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
Do not use the website if you do not agree.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order independently.
A minor may use the website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement;
- The information you provide is accurate;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The transaction is lawful;
- You have reviewed the product requirements; and
- You will comply with applicable Third-Party Platform rules.
2.3 Digital Products
Venssora offers electronically fulfilled gaming products.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, purchases do not include:
- A physical game disc;
- Printed gift card;
- Boxed product;
- Physical membership card; or
- Parcel delivery.
Digital Products may be supplied directly by Venssora or through commercial suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment providers.
2.4 Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
A product may become unavailable because of:
- Supplier inventory;
- Publisher restrictions;
- Platform maintenance;
- Regional limitations;
- Product discontinuation;
- Technical problems;
- Payment-provider restrictions; or
- Compliance requirements.
We may add, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue products without prior notice.
2.5 Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information about each Digital Product.
Product information may include:
- Game title;
- Product edition;
- Platform;
- Region;
- Server;
- Account requirements;
- Denomination;
- Quantity;
- Activation method;
- Delivery method;
- Estimated processing time; and
- Refund restrictions.
Customers must review the complete product page before payment.
Images and packaging artwork may be used for identification or illustration. Unless expressly stated, they do not mean that physical packaging will be provided.
2.6 Platform Compatibility
A Digital Product may be compatible only with a specific:
- Console;
- Operating system;
- Game launcher;
- Mobile platform;
- Publisher account;
- Game edition; or
- Digital storefront.
Customers must verify platform compatibility before ordering.
A product for one platform may not work on another platform, even where the game title is the same.
2.7 Regional Compatibility
Certain products may be activated or used only in designated countries or regions.
Before purchasing, customers must confirm that:
- Their account country is supported;
- Their physical location is eligible;
- The activation territory matches the product;
- The game server is correct; and
- The platform accepts the relevant region.
A correctly delivered product will not be considered defective solely because the customer selected an incompatible region.
Venssora does not guarantee activation where a customer attempts to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN, false account location, or another circumvention method.
2.8 Account and Player Information
Direct top-ups may require information such as:
- Player ID;
- UID;
- Character ID;
- Game nickname;
- Server;
- Zone;
- Platform; or
- Account region.
Customers must verify this information before submitting the order.
Customers should never provide:
- Game-account passwords;
- Email passwords;
- One-time security codes;
- Recovery codes;
- Private keys; or
- Complete payment card details.
Venssora is not responsible for a top-up delivered to incorrect account information entered by the customer.
2.9 Account Access Services
Most products should not require Venssora to access the customer’s game account.
Where a specific service requires additional account interaction, the product page must clearly disclose the process before purchase.
Customers should not provide login credentials through ordinary email or an unsecured communication channel.
2.10 Order Submission
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An automated acknowledgment confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily confirm acceptance, delivery, or final fulfillment.
An order may be accepted when:
- Payment is approved;
- Required verification is completed;
- A digital code is allocated;
- A supplier fulfillment request is submitted;
- A direct top-up enters processing; or
- The Digital Product is delivered.
2.11 Order Refusal and Cancellation
We may reject, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect listing information;
- An obvious pricing error;
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Unauthorized payment activity;
- Incomplete customer information;
- Failed verification;
- Regional restrictions;
- Purchasing-limit abuse;
- Supplier refusal;
- Sanctions or legal restrictions;
- Technical problems; or
- A breach of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled before fulfillment after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled product will be returned to the original payment method.
2.12 Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
Prices may vary according to:
- Product value;
- Currency;
- Platform;
- Region;
- Supplier cost;
- Product availability;
- Promotion; or
- Market conditions.
A change in price after an order has been completed does not entitle the customer to a price adjustment.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.
2.13 Taxes and Third-Party Charges
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.
Customers may also be charged fees by their bank, card issuer, digital wallet provider, or payment service, including:
- Foreign transaction fees;
- Currency-conversion charges;
- Payment-processing charges; or
- Bank fees.
Venssora does not control third-party charges.
2.14 Payment Authorization
Payment methods available to the customer are displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment, the customer confirms that:
- The payment details are accurate;
- The customer is authorized to use the payment method;
- The funds come from a lawful source;
- The transaction is not fraudulent; and
- The customer authorizes the charge.
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers under their own terms.
2.15 Fraud and Security Review
Digital codes and virtual currencies may be transferred quickly and can be difficult to recover after delivery.
For security purposes, we may review transactions using:
- Billing information;
- Payment authorization data;
- Device information;
- Network information;
- Order history;
- Transaction patterns;
- Email verification; and
- Fraud-risk indicators.
We may request reasonable confirmation that a payment was authorized.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if requested verification cannot be completed.
2.16 Digital Fulfillment
Digital Products may be fulfilled through:
- Email delivery;
- Customer-account delivery;
- Secure order-page display;
- Digital download link;
- Direct game-account top-up;
- Player-ID-based delivery;
- Supplier delivery platform; or
- Another electronic method described before purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
2.17 When Delivery Is Complete
A code-based product is considered delivered when the code or secure access method has been:
- Sent to the email address supplied by the customer;
- Displayed in the customer account;
- Displayed on the order page; or
- Otherwise made available using the stated delivery method.
A direct top-up is considered delivered when reliable fulfillment records confirm that the purchased value was applied to the account information submitted with the order.
2.18 Customer Email Responsibility
Customers must provide an email address that they control and can access.
The customer is responsible for checking:
- The regular inbox;
- Spam or junk folders;
- Promotional folders;
- Customer-account notifications; and
- Order-status pages.
We cannot guarantee replacement of a product delivered to an incorrect email address entered by the customer.
2.19 Activation and Redemption
The customer is responsible for:
- Redeeming a product on the correct platform;
- Using a compatible account;
- Following activation instructions;
- Checking regional eligibility;
- Entering the code accurately;
- Maintaining access to the relevant account; and
- Protecting the code from unauthorized disclosure.
Venssora is not responsible for unauthorized use after the customer shares, publishes, forwards, resells, or otherwise exposes a valid code.
2.20 Direct Top-Ups
Direct top-ups may be processed through publishers, distributors, or technical service providers.
After successful completion, a top-up may not be capable of being:
- Reversed;
- Withdrawn;
- Transferred;
- Reassigned; or
- Exchanged.
Customers must verify the player ID, UID, server, region, and quantity before payment.
2.21 Processing Delays
An order may be delayed because of:
- Manual verification;
- Payment review;
- Publisher maintenance;
- Supplier downtime;
- Game-server interruption;
- Inventory shortage;
- High order volume;
- Regional restrictions;
- Customer-information errors; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Customers should contact Support@venssora.com when an order remains incomplete beyond the product’s stated processing period.
2.22 Order Changes
Requests to modify an order must be submitted immediately.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after:
- A digital code has been allocated;
- A code has been displayed;
- A top-up request has been transmitted;
- A supplier has accepted fulfillment;
- Credits have been applied; or
- Another irreversible fulfillment action has occurred.
2.23 Order Cancellation
An order can normally be cancelled only before irreversible digital fulfillment begins.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an active fulfillment process can be stopped.
If fulfillment has not begun and cancellation is approved, the relevant payment will be refunded.
2.24 Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.
Delivered, revealed, redeemed, consumed, or successfully applied Digital Products are generally non-refundable.
A refund or replacement may still be considered where:
- The code was invalid before delivery;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- Fulfillment failed;
- A top-up was not completed despite correct information;
- A duplicate charge occurred;
- The product was materially misdescribed; or
- Applicable law requires another remedy.
2.25 Membership and Subscription Products
Some Digital Products may provide access for a fixed period.
The purchase of a prepaid membership code does not automatically enroll the customer in recurring billing through Venssora.
If recurring billing is offered, the following must be clearly disclosed before payment:
- Recurring price;
- Billing frequency;
- Renewal terms;
- Trial terms, if any;
- Cancellation method; and
- Material restrictions.
2.26 Third-Party Platforms
Customers may need to use a Digital Product through an independent Third-Party Platform.
Use of that platform may be subject to separate:
- Terms of service;
- Privacy policies;
- End-user license agreements;
- Community standards;
- Regional restrictions; and
- Account rules.
Venssora does not control the operation or future availability of independent Third-Party Platforms.
2.27 Platform Changes
A publisher or platform may modify:
- Activation procedures;
- Account requirements;
- Regional restrictions;
- Game content;
- Membership benefits;
- Virtual currency values;
- Server availability; or
- Supported devices.
Venssora is not responsible for third-party changes made after a Digital Product has been correctly delivered.
2.28 Account Suspensions
Venssora is not responsible for game-account restrictions resulting from:
- Cheating;
- Unauthorized software;
- Account sharing;
- Previous account violations;
- Regional circumvention;
- Fraud;
- Abusive conduct;
- Unauthorized resale; or
- Another violation of Third-Party Platform rules.
A third-party account suspension does not automatically make a correctly delivered product refundable.
2.29 Resale Restrictions
Unless a product page or separate agreement permits resale, Digital Products are intended for personal use.
Customers must not:
- Use stolen payment methods;
- Purchase for unauthorized resale;
- Circumvent purchase limits;
- Abuse promotions through multiple accounts;
- Operate unauthorized automated purchasing systems;
- Misrepresent product origin; or
- Resell products unlawfully.
2.30 Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials confidential;
- Restricting access to their devices;
- Maintaining an accurate email address;
- Protecting delivered codes; and
- Reporting unauthorized activity promptly.
We may restrict an account while investigating security, payment, fraud, or policy concerns.
2.31 Prohibited Activities
Customers must not:
- Commit or facilitate fraud;
- Test stolen payment information;
- Attempt account takeover;
- Provide false identity information;
- Abuse chargebacks;
- Submit false non-delivery claims;
- Interfere with website security;
- Introduce malware;
- Scrape protected website data;
- Bypass transaction restrictions;
- Evade applicable sanctions;
- Infringe third-party rights; or
- Use the website for unlawful activity.
2.32 Intellectual Property
The Venssora brand, original written content, website structure, proprietary graphics, and original website materials are owned by or licensed to Genturs LLC.
Third-party games, platforms, characters, logos, artwork, trademarks, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
The display of third-party intellectual property does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
2.33 Customer Reviews
When submitting a review, comment, image, or other content, the customer confirms that:
- The content reflects a genuine experience;
- The customer has the right to submit it;
- It is not knowingly false or misleading;
- It does not infringe another person’s rights;
- It does not disclose confidential information; and
- It does not contain malicious or unlawful material.
The customer grants Venssora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the submitted content in connection with its business.
2.34 Website Availability
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free website access.
The website may be modified, restricted, or temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Security work;
- Software updates;
- Supplier interruption;
- Payment-provider issues;
- Legal requirements; or
- Technical problems.
2.35 Disclaimer
The website and Digital Products are made available subject to product availability, technical compatibility, and third-party platform operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2.36 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genturs LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss resulting from:
- Incorrect customer information;
- Selection of an incompatible product;
- Customer disclosure of a code;
- Publisher maintenance;
- Third-party platform changes;
- Account restrictions;
- Unsupported regional circumvention;
- Loss of access to the customer’s email account; or
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Where permitted, liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
2.37 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to compensate Genturs LLC for reasonable losses or claims arising from:
- Fraudulent use of the website;
- Material breach of these Terms;
- Unlawful resale;
- Infringement of third-party rights; or
- False information submitted by the customer.
2.38 Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Publisher outages;
- Supplier failures;
- Cyber incidents;
- Internet interruption;
- Payment-network disruption;
- Government action;
- Sanctions;
- Natural disasters;
- War;
- Civil disorder; or
- Utility failure.
2.39 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal laws of the United States.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes may be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Denver County, Colorado.
