4.1 Digital Fulfillment
Venssora primarily sells digital gaming products.
Products identified as digital are not shipped by postal service or physical courier.
Within this Policy, “shipping” and “delivery” refer to the electronic fulfillment of:
- Activation keys;
- CDKs;
- Vouchers;
- Direct top-ups;
- Virtual currencies;
- Game credits;
- Membership products;
- Downloadable content; and
- Other digital entitlements.
4.2 Processing Requirements
Order processing begins after:
- Payment is authorized;
- Required order information is received;
- Product availability is confirmed;
- Security screening is completed; and
- Any required verification is completed.
The processing estimate displayed on the product page or during checkout applies to the order.
4.3 Expected Processing Times
Many Digital Products are delivered shortly after successful payment.
Some orders may require up to 24 hours or longer because of:
- Manual transaction review;
- Supplier processing;
- Publisher maintenance;
- Product inventory limits;
- Game-server disruption;
- High transaction volume;
- Regional restrictions;
- Incomplete player information; or
- Technical problems.
Product-specific delivery estimates take priority over general estimates in this Policy.
4.4 Delivery Channels
Digital Products may be delivered through:
- Email;
- Customer account;
- Secure order page;
- Electronic code display;
- Download link;
- Player-ID-based top-up;
- UID-based fulfillment;
- Direct account credit;
- Third-party fulfillment platform; or
- Another digital method disclosed before payment.
4.5 Email Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate and accessible email address.
Customers should check:
- Main inbox;
- Spam folder;
- Junk folder;
- Promotional folder; and
- Blocked-sender settings.
Where possible, an email address may be corrected before delivery after appropriate account or payment verification.
Correction is not guaranteed after a product has been delivered.
4.6 Customer-Account Delivery
Where products are delivered through a Venssora customer account, customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining account access;
- Protecting login credentials;
- Reviewing the order page;
- Keeping codes confidential; and
- Reporting unauthorized account access promptly.
4.7 Code Delivery Completion
A code-based order is considered delivered when the code or secure access method has been:
- Sent to the customer’s email;
- Displayed through the customer account;
- Displayed on the order page; or
- Made available through the stated delivery channel.
The customer remains entitled to report a genuinely invalid or incorrect code.
4.8 Top-Up Completion
A direct top-up is considered completed when reliable supplier or platform records confirm that the purchased value was applied to the player information supplied by the customer.
Customers may need to:
- Restart the game;
- Refresh the account;
- Sign out and sign back in;
- Check in-game mail;
- Review transaction history; or
- Wait for the platform balance to update.
4.9 Required Customer Information
Depending on the product, fulfillment may require:
- Customer email;
- Player ID;
- UID;
- Character ID;
- Account region;
- Server;
- Platform;
- Game nickname; or
- Other product-specific information.
The customer must verify all information before payment.
4.10 Incorrect Information
Venssora cannot guarantee recovery or redirection of value delivered using incorrect information submitted by the customer.
This includes an incorrect:
- Email address;
- Player ID;
- UID;
- Server;
- Region;
- Platform;
- Account country;
- Product edition; or
- Game selection.

4.11 Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed because of:
- Payment review;
- Fraud screening;
- Publisher maintenance;
- Supplier downtime;
- Platform congestion;
- Game-server interruption;
- Inventory shortage;
- Verification requirements;
- Incorrect customer information;
- Regional restrictions; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
An order is not considered undelivered while it remains within the processing estimate disclosed before purchase.
4.12 Security Holds
Some transactions may be temporarily held for payment or identity verification.
Customers should provide only the information reasonably requested through an authorized channel.
An unfulfilled order may be cancelled and refunded if verification cannot be completed.
4.13 Product Unavailability
If a product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may offer:
- Additional processing time;
- A comparable alternative with customer approval;
- Store credit with customer approval; or
- A refund.
Customers are not required to accept an alternative product or store credit.
4.14 Failed Delivery
Where delivery fails because of a Venssora or supplier issue, we may:
- Retry delivery;
- Reissue the Digital Product;
- Provide a replacement;
- Correct the top-up;
- Offer an agreed alternative; or
- Refund the affected order.
The appropriate resolution depends on the product and the cause of the failure.
4.15 Delivery Evidence
We may use the following records to verify fulfillment:
- Email transmission logs;
- Code-allocation records;
- Code-display records;
- Customer-account access logs;
- Supplier confirmations;
- Publisher transaction references;
- Top-up completion records;
- Order timestamps; and
- Customer communications.
These records may be used for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and payment disputes.
4.16 No Physical Pickup
The business address is not a retail store or customer collection point.
Digital Products cannot be collected in person.
